1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of the jili gg website, mobile platform, games, betting markets, promotions and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). Failure to provide adequate documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts are suspended without notice.
• All registration information must be truthful and current.
• jili gg may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any point.
• Account sharing is not permitted. Your credentials are for your personal use only.

4Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jili gg login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. jili gg will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify jili gg support immediately at support@jiligg.best. jili gg will take appropriate steps to secure the account and investigate the incident, but cannot guarantee the recovery of funds already transferred or wagered prior to notification.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jili gg are processed in Philippine pesos (₱). The minimum deposit is ₱100. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

Deposits are credited to your jili gg account balance upon confirmed payment. Processing times may vary by method. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal is processed and for subsequent withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before withdrawal of associated bonus funds is permitted.

6Bonuses and Promotions

jili gg offers promotions and bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback and VIP Club rewards. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms that are communicated alongside each promotion.

General bonus conditions that apply across all jili gg promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses carry wagering requirements. The specific rollover amount is stated in each promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is satisfied.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless jili gg explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.

7Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on jili gg — including fishing games, slots, Tongits, sports betting and virtual sports — operate according to their own specific rules displayed within each game or betting market. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before wagering real money.

jili gg sources games from licensed providers whose random outcome systems are independently tested and certified. The use of a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) ensures that every deal, spin, shot result or simulated event is genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any player or the platform.

• Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system. jili gg will not reverse a completed game result except where a proven technical fault has directly caused an incorrect outcome.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, jili gg systems will attempt to complete the round using the last confirmed action. If this is not possible, the stake will be returned.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jili gg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of opportunity or losses arising from technical failures outside jili gg's reasonable control.

jili gg does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Maintenance windows, third-party infrastructure issues and events outside our control may temporarily affect availability. jili gg will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

11Responsible Gaming

jili gg is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. These tools are available in your account settings and take effect immediately upon activation.

• Self-exclusion requests take immediate effect and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
• During a self-exclusion period, no deposits may be made and no bonuses will be offered.

12Suspension and Termination

jili gg reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, misleading or unverifiable personal information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion or other unlawful activity.
• Failure to complete the required identity verification process.
• Regulatory requirement or legal obligation to do so.

Upon permanent closure of an account for a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the violation. jili gg will communicate the reason for closure where legally permissible to do so.

You may also choose to close your jili gg account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any eligible remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method following identity confirmation.

13Amendments to These Terms

jili gg may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or an in-platform announcement.

Your continued use of jili gg following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, your only option is to stop using jili gg and close your account.

14Governing Law
